Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

DreamWorldClaw respects the intellectual property of game developers, publishers, and creators. The Site hosts and links to open-source, public-domain, and community-made browser games, and we remove content promptly when a valid rights holder asks us to.

1. The Games We Host

  • Open-source titles — used under their original licence (MIT, GPL, Apache, or other). We credit the author and link the licence on the game’s page.
  • Public-domain titles — works whose copyright has expired or been waived.
  • Original titles — games written by us.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party game. Game names, characters, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the games.

2. Submitting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe material on DreamWorldClaw infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@dreamworldclaw.com with the following:

  1. Your full name, company (if applicable), email address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if any, or a description).
  3. The exact URL of the page and/or game you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What Happens Next

On receiving a complete notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  • Remove or disable access to the disputed material, usually within 5 business days, while we review the claim.
  • Notify the person who submitted the material (if applicable) that it has been removed.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China, and your physical or electronic signature. We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate or restrict access for users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material.

6. Trademark and Licensing Questions

Questions about licensed content, game credits, or attribution corrections are welcome even outside the DMCA process. Email contact@dreamworldclaw.com and we’ll respond quickly.
