Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using DreamWorldClaw (the “Site”), operated by Liaocheng Jimeng Culture Media Co., Ltd. (聊城极梦文化传媒有限公司), a company registered in Shandong Province, China (“we”, “us”). By accessing or playing games on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of the Service

DreamWorldClaw is a free, browser-based games portal. We curate and host classic, open-source, and public-domain titles, plus a selection of original browser games, and make them playable instantly without downloads or registration. The Site is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We may restrict access to anyone at our discretion.

3. No Account, No Purchases

7. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Site displays advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense, and may link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites. Clicking an ad or external link is at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any game will be preserved indefinitely.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China.
